The product proprietary is held by BoldTek India Private Limited, which is an IT service-based company located at Guwahati, Assam, India.

Please note that while these AI-driven features may assist in generating responses, recommendations, or insights, the content produced is automated and may not always be accurate or up to date. Authentication, factual correctness, and reliance on AI-generated outputs remain the responsibility of the user. We do not assume liability for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam, India.
