The product proprietary is held by BoldTek India Private Limited, which is an IT service-based company located at Guwahati, Assam, India.<\/p><p>By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"space-y-4\"><h5><b>Eligibility<\/b><\/h5><p>You must be of legal age and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Service. Authentication, factual correctness, and reliance on AI-generated outputs remain the responsibility of the user. We do not assume liability for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.<\/p><h5><b>Indemnification<\/b><\/h5><p>You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"space-y-4\"><h5><b>Governing Law<\/b><\/h5><p>These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
