This storage is solely for the purpose of enabling seamless email operations within the CRM interface (e.g., viewing, replying, searching, and organizing emails).<\/li><li><strong>Data Retention and Deletion<\/strong><br \/>BoldTek CRM does not retain email data indefinitely. All emails stored in the CRM database will be <strong>automatically deleted<\/strong> once the user disconnects or signs out their email account from the email configuration settings. No residual copies will be retained.<\/li><li><strong>Privacy and Non-Disclosure<\/strong><br \/>BoldTek CRM will <strong>never share, sell, or use<\/strong> a user\u2019s emails for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose unrelated to the intended CRM functionality. All integrated email data remains private and accessible only to the authorized user.<\/li><li><strong>User Responsibility<\/strong><br \/>Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions to integrate their email accounts and that they comply with their email provider\u2019s terms of service and applicable data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Security<\/strong><br \/>We use industry-standard security protocols to encrypt and protect email data during storage and transmission.
