data-renderer-start-pos=\"378\">This policy is applicable to all users, including CRM administrators, team members, clients, and external integrations via APIs.<\/p><h5 id=\"Prohibited-Activities\" harass, stalk, or threaten individuals or businesses<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2187\">Hosting or transmitting materials that are racist, sexist, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2288\">Creating offensive tags, notes, or descriptions inside CRM contact records or tasks<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 id=\"Intellectual-Property-Infringement\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"2375\">Intellectual Property Infringement<\/h5><ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\"><li><p
